- A 1 hour in person planning session with the Board Chair or their delegate
- An online Board Effectiveness Survey
- The provision of a survey Report
- In person report to the board with insights and results
- Up to 10 1:1 interviews with relevant nominated directors and key stakeholders
- Creation of a detailed board report combining all available data to create a specific snapshot of current board performance.
- Benchmarking against similar boards
- A 1 hour debrief via phone with the Board Chair or their delegate
- Creation of Individual Director and Board Assessment Action Plans if required.

Bespoke Board Evaluation
Our Bespoke Board Effectiveness Program is designed with you depending on your needs, requirements and specific context or challenges. It usually involves a combination of Digital Survey, face to face interviews (both one on one and groups) as well as a review of board minutes and actions. These reviews result in a tailored written report and subsequent presentation in person to the board with a focus on BOTH Quantitative and Qualitative measures.
We can also with with Boards to create Individual and Board level actions plans and KPI’s to drive the continual innovation and improvement cycles.
It includes benchmarking against other boards and reviews.
